The size of the unit and the number of rooms set the base. The starting condition matters a lot here, a unit lived in for several years takes much longer than one vacated after a year. A unit still furnished at the time of cleaning costs more, since the team has to work around and move things. Timing matters too, late June and early July are peak season and dates fill up fast.
