Deep cleaning, ceiling to floor

Deep cleaning is the big clean that goes after everything regular maintenance doesn't touch. Behind and under appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, door frames, bathroom corners, vents. It's the clean we do once or twice a year, before hosting guests, after a rough season, or to start fresh before beginning regular maintenance.

How it works

  1. 1You tell us the size of your place and how long it's been since a big clean. That's what determines the time to plan for.
  2. 2We schedule a longer window than regular maintenance, often half a day or a full day depending on the size.
  3. 3The team works room by room, top to bottom, so dust falls onto surfaces that haven't been cleaned yet, not the other way around.
  4. 4We do a final walkthrough at the end. If something was missed, we take care of it on the spot.

What affects the price

Square footage and number of rooms set the base. Then, the time since the last deep clean changes things a lot, since it determines how long the team spends on each surface. The amount of stuff to move also counts, a heavily furnished home needs more handling. Extras like inside cabinets or window cleaning are added as needed.

Who it's for

People hosting guests who want everything spotless, people who just bought and want to start clean, people who haven't done a big clean in a long time, and people who want to start regular maintenance on a solid base.

FAQ

Deep Cleaning

How long does it take?

It depends on the square footage and the starting condition. A two-bedroom condo often takes half a day, a four-bedroom house can take a full day.

What's the difference from regular maintenance?

Regular maintenance keeps your home at a steady level week after week. Deep cleaning goes after the dirt that builds up in spots we don't clean every visit.

Do I need to empty my cabinets beforehand?

If you want the inside cleaned, it helps a lot to empty them. Otherwise we clean the outside and the handles, and we confirm this with you in advance.

How often is it recommended?

Once or twice a year for most homes, more often if there are pets, allergies or a lot of foot traffic.
