What frequency can I choose?

Is it always the same team that comes?
Yes, that's the whole point of regular maintenance. In case of vacation or illness, we let you know in advance if someone else needs to step in.
Do I need to be there during the visit?
No. Many of our clients give us access and go back to work. We lock up on our way out.
Do I need a deep clean before starting?
Not necessarily. If your home is already well kept, we can start right away. If it's been a while, we suggest a deep clean on the first visit to start off on a good base.
